Imagine a world where we didnt know how to messure gravity, to know how it worked and why it works. How you know that gravity and reletivity are related. Knowing why planets orbit around the sun and how the planets orbit. One reason we know that gravity works in so many ways. One way it works is by keeping the universe in orbit. Einstine created his theory in 1919. It was the biggest idea since Isaac Newtons laws of motion. He did many tests on the theory before it became a huge idea.

If an elevator was excerlerating down wards the person would be affected by the gravity and start to gavitate towrds the top and be free in the air. its like the same thing when a person is in a rocket in space accerating they would be affected by gravity its the same concept. when entering an elevator gravity is taken place so you dont float into the air. but as soon as the elevator starts to free fall and it gets closer to the speed of light gravity starts to dissapear and you start to float. its the same when a rocket is in space with a peron on it then the person has no way of moving but as you leave the gravitational pull and slow down gravity starts to disapear.

Gravity is the same as accerleration as a car moves you not nessasary notice any thing about a space ship traviling out from the earths gravitational pull and go towrds space. once you get in to space and the acceleration decreesed and then yuo start to notice that your body is effected by no gravity. but as soon as the space ship is in motion again you start to feel the gravitaional pull again. also relivity is time and when you have gravity time seem to move more quickly then when there is no gravity. when a car is traviling at the speed of light you start to notice that the car would start t shrick in size and the time would slow down.

Imagine a table with a hole in the middle then you put a sheet on the table. then you put a ball in that hole it makes a dent its the same consept as the sun makeing that dent in the time universe. then when you take a smaller ball and when it heads towrd the bigger ball you notice that it travels on the rim of the hole and that is the same as you put a planet at the rim of the dent that the sun put on the universe. what keeps a planet on the edge of the dent would be the gravity that keeps it going on the that rim.
(Relativity and the Cosmos by Alan Lightman )
If you could explain the reason why a elevator falling or a rocket going fact would affect the person in that object would be affected by gravity is because there would be no gravity in the atmosphere. or when a car gets smaller is relativity. or how the world orbits. its all becasue of gravity and it relates to relativity. we can all thanks einstine to his idea cause we would never have the theory and test it and even try to prove it.
